These Terms explain the basic rules for businesses, employees, and customers using Wallet Loyalty and its loyalty, rewards, and digital wallet features.
Wallet Loyalty provides tools for businesses to operate customer loyalty programs, manage points and rewards, manage authorized employees, and offer supported digital wallet passes. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful business and loyalty-program purposes.
Businesses are responsible for the loyalty offers, rewards, promotions, customer communications, and store policies they create through the platform.
Business owners and authorized users are responsible for keeping their login credentials, employee PINs, devices, and account access secure. You must not share access with unauthorized people or attempt to access another business account without permission.
Wallet Loyalty may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, address security concerns, or enforce account or payment requirements.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of customer, employee, reward, and transaction-related loyalty information they submit to Wallet Loyalty. Businesses should only collect and use information they are permitted to process.
Wallet Loyalty is designed to separate participating businesses and their data. Authorized platform administrators may access account information when needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or support the service.
Points and rewards are offered by the participating business, not by Wallet Loyalty. The participating business determines point values, reward eligibility, expiration rules, redemption limits, and any other promotion terms unless otherwise stated.
Wallet Loyalty may provide technical records of points and redemptions, but disputes about a store offer, purchase, reward, or redemption should generally be resolved with the participating business.
Digital wallet features may depend on third-party platforms, certificates, issuer accounts, device compatibility, and service availability. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are operated by their respective providers and may change independently of Wallet Loyalty.
Wallet Loyalty does not guarantee that every device, account, or third-party wallet service will always support every pass feature.
Paid business accounts are subject to the pricing, billing cycle, setup fees, trial terms, or other commercial terms agreed to for that account. Unless otherwise agreed, access may be limited or suspended when an account is past due, canceled, or no longer entitled to service.
Businesses are responsible for keeping billing information current and reviewing charges associated with their account.
You may not use Wallet Loyalty to commit fraud, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious software, abuse wallet or messaging features, scrape protected data, impersonate another person or business, or violate applicable law.
We work to keep Wallet Loyalty reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, network failures, security events, or circumstances outside our control.
Features may be changed, improved, replaced, or discontinued as the platform evolves.
Wallet Loyalty is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will be error-free at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Wallet Loyalty is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a participating business's offers, customer disputes, third-party services, device failures, or unauthorized account use outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms of Service as Wallet Loyalty changes. When material changes are made, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply to future use.
